The Wright Residence - built circa 1904, is a two-level, 5-unit wood-frame house located on a sloping lot and consists of single-family and multi-unit residential structures. The structure is significant for its unusual architecture - displaying the influence of the Queen Anne Revival style - complex, asymmetrical massing, front verandah and octagonal turret on the side elevation. It is of heritage value and was the residence of Henry C. Wright - manager of the Western Corporation, one of the first major companies which was established to service the growing North Vancouver community.
